System PPP-MF

Perforating and die-cutting system for offset printing machines with a single or double impression cylinder circumference. Perforation/die-cutting takes place from the blanket cylinder against the protected impression cylinder (convered at two positions in the case of a double-width circumference). With this application, a base foil - again, with the standardised base set - made of polyester with an integral millimetre foil for easy positioning of the perforating/die-cutting forms is used instead of the blanket.

This system also allows cost-effective partial ink and coat transfer. The materials and application are the same, but instead of perforating/die-cutting forms, a self-adhesive blanket is adhered to the base foil as the transfer material for the ink and coating.
